Brains are complex things and sometimes they get into some not very helpful patterns and thoughts that can limit us. Seeing Shannon and beginning my journey with ITA has been so valuable in understanding and identifying these thoughts.

Since being disciplined and focussed on integrating ITA practice into my daily routine, I can feel the benefit. A sense of peace and a quieter mind. I have found that after having an alignment with Shannon, I feel restored to the 'core' me. All the rubbish dissolves. I think of these alignments as my brain being a very messy office with paperwork everywhere and when Shannon has finished all the paperwork is then filed away.

I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma in 2015 which is a cancer with no current cure. My haematologist recommended a stem cell transplant however both attempts failed. Then I had extensive chemotherapy which put me in hospital for 6 weeks at which point I decided not to have any further chemotherapy treatment as I was too weak. It was at this time that I started receiving weekly ITA treatments from Shannon for a period of 3 months and then 1 every 2 to 3 months after that. Once I started my ITA journey with Shannon, I enjoyed 4 years chemotherapy free which my haematologist had no explanation for.

I recently had to start having chemotherapy again after as the disease had caused a few of my ribs to break. The side effects from the chemotherapy were very unpleasant and I was not in a good place. I sort out ITA treatments from Shannon again and she helped me heal not only physically but mentally as well. Her counselling made so much difference in my life. I can't thank Shannon enough for everything she does for me.

I reached out to Shannon for assistance during an emotionally challenging time in my life. Shannon suggested a fortnightly treatment plan over the course of 12 weeks.

I don't live in Australia, however Shannon was able to conduct all of my ITA treatments for me remotely. We would initially have a discussion to check in with how things were going for me before she would then work remotely on my energy systems. I found it very interesting all of the feelings that would go through me when she worked on me remotely. A few days after my ITA treatment I would receive an email from Shannon containing explanations, deeper insights and suggested practical things for me to do.

I am doing well and still exploring my "I am" in many different situations and places as well as in the depth of me. I am very grateful for the ITA treatments I received from Shannon and for her explanation of each part of it. I feel it has been the right inductor to start my path of rediscovering the true soulful me.

My dog is a happy boy after his ITA alignments! Beau has been having ITA remote treatments with Shannon for a sore foot from a grass seed infection and for overall balance and alignment. His foot is completely better and he’s even got some new doggy friends now that he’s feeling more calm and relaxed.
